We are well into 2014, and I am happy to report that I have 2 clinical days left and a dozen other "to dos" before graduation. The countdown has begun. One day, I will sit down and highlight the last 5 months of my life. Today, I will just share a few snippets with you:
1. My puppy is really skinny underneath his fur. We had a long hard Texas winter, but luckily, Professor had a nice permanent fur coat to protect him from the wind, snow, and ice. He began to develop big knots of hair behind his ears, and when I noticed that, we started brushing on a daily basis, rather than brushing randomly whenever I thought about it. Unfortunately, that did not help the situation, as our beloved groomer had to shave off all of his hair to get the knots out. Fortunately, Professor still appears happy, and it caused more trauma for his momma than anything else.
Before:
For being so fun and selfless and supportive. So supportive of my singing Disney, Taylor Swift, and Frozen songs (when I have not even seen the movie. And I insist on listening to the songs over and over so I can get the words) on road trips. Did you know that I have a terrific car-singing-voice? It does not work after I exit the moving vehicle, but while it is in motion--Watch Out. Grammy here I come! Haha. Poor guy doesn't know what he's gotten himself into.
and this:
Trusting this season. Much love, hope, and grace, always.
